Parmesan Crisps (Keto Chips)
Crunchy one-ingredient keto chips made from baked parmesan — about 1 g net carbs per serving of eight crisps, ready in 10 minutes.
Serves 4 (about 32 crisps) · Prep 3 min · Cook 7 min
Ingredients
- 100 g finely grated parmesan
- Optional: black pepper, smoked paprika, chilli flakes, everything-bagel seasoning or dried rosemary
Method
- Heat the oven to 200 °C and line two trays with baking paper.
- Place level teaspoons of parmesan 5 cm apart and flatten each into a thin round.
- Sprinkle with your seasoning.
- Bake 5–7 minutes until golden and lacy. Watch closely: they go from golden to burnt in a minute.
- Cool on the tray for 2 minutes. They crisp as they cool.
Tip. Use finely grated hard parmesan, not the powdery shelf kind. It has anti-caking starch and won’t crisp the same way.
